Taeyeon scoffed. “Come on, Miss Hwang. You’re a smart woman. You took Math and you graduated with a degree in Statistics. Now let me ask you, statistically, what are the odds of winning the lottery steadily for a few months? I don’t have a degree in math, Miss Hwang, but even I know that the odds of winning it once in a lifetime is already too slim. Please come up with a better excuse.”
Tiffany clenched her jaws. “I bet you have a degree in smartassing,” she muttered through clenched teeth.
Sooyoung had to do everything in her power not to burst out laughing at that remark.
Taeyeon ignored the remark. “Now that you’ve mentioned betting, does the name ‘Kitty’ ring a bell?”
“You have a cat named Kitty that wears a bell?” Tiffany asked Taeyeon – her face still impassive.
Sooyoung couldn’t help but snort.
Taeyeon smacked Sooyoung’s arm.
“Ow…” Sooyoung flinched, holding her sore arm.
The room behind the mirror suddenly grew quiet when the Captain made a sudden appearance, standing next to Yuri. Jongin and Chanyeol bowed then exited the room.
“How is it going?” Yoona asked.
“Entertaining,” Yuri grinned.
“What?”
“Just watch.” Yuri gestured towards the mirror and the three women on the other side.

MY POV:

 I don't know if you can handle 800+ pages HAHAHAHA(in PDF). I almost did not finish the story. But really, the story is good. If you want actions and cops, this is the fic to read. Don't worry there's TaeNy inside the story! And interesting cases! Don't forget this is Donkatsu! ;)
